We will provide:

We undertake to:

• Negotiate with estate agents on your behalf (we do not receive commission and are unbiased)
• Keep you informed of developments in the property market over a 6 month period
• Save you time and money

Pricing

• Property Search - £500 flat fee for registration

  We undertake to find properties, tailored to your needs.  We do all the legwork and will provide you with a detailed report on each of the houses we view. 

• Property Bought - 1% of purchase price less your initial flat fee

  When we find you your ideal home we ask that you agree to pay 1% of the purchase price.  We will then reimburse you your £500 registration fee.

• Project Management                    

  With a wealth of experience and access to the best local tradesmen, architects and designers, we will project manage your building works and ensure that your work is carried out to your specifications.
