DOWNSIZING
- Helping you "dress" your home for sale
- Organisation and supervision of removals and unpacking.
- Arranging for storage if you need it
- Providing you with a list of reputable builders and tradespeople
- Arranging for your home to be cleaned as you leave/move in
- Stocking your fridge for the day of the move
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT/MANAGEMENT
- We will oversee any property development on your behalf, be it an investment property, your future home or a holiday home.
3. Orientation tours organised for a day or a weekend.
A full day's tour includes collection from a Canterbury, Ashford or Folkestone station and a guideded tour of the areas that interest you. We can also arrange lunch and viewing of 3-5 properties. Cost £300 per day
4. Bespoke reports
- You may request particular reports on issues that are of interest to you. Cost from £100.
PROPERTY MAKE OVER REPORT £350
- A complete report with estimates of any works recommended
RENTAL PROPERTY
- We charge a flat fee of £500 plus the equivalent of the first month's rental
PROPERTY SEARCH £1,500
- A flat fee to register (valid 6 months) and 1% of the purchase price on successful completion of purchase.
